Our matcha tea is 100% plant-based! It is made from hand-picked Tencha leaves that grow in fresh mountain air 500 metres above sea level.

Matcha is made of green tea leaves finely milled into powder. As geen tea is naturally gluten-free, our matcha is also gluten-free.

Our tea grows in Haruno village, also known as the organic valley in western Shizuoka. Our producers do not use any genetically modified ingredients in the making of our matcha tea.

There is no sugar in our tea. However, if you like your matcha sweet, we recommend adding agave syrup or non-flavoured sweeteners to preserve its natural flavour.
